Great Salt Plains worked a family member in last minute and took great care of her. They followed up after her visit to make sure she was doing ok on her medications. Shannon takes her time to make sure your questions are answered and are comfortable with the treatment plan. The support staff has been knowledgeable and helpful each visit.
I have been Going here since they opened! I would recommend Shannon to anyone! My children has bad asthma and she handles them with great care, I know i can trust her to take care of my children! My youngest has seen Shannon since she was 3 days old(Im a very picky person about my children). This is by far the Greatest Medical Clinic in this town!
Worst place we've ever been. Pure incompetence. Very unprofessional and rude. Do NOT go to this place. They will cancel your appointment without notice. They had to reschedule most of our appointments because the P.A. Takes so many vacations. You take off of work get your child from school and show up and she's not there. This happened 3 times. Then twice we were within 10 to 15 minutes of our appointment. And they will cancel you. With no patients in the office. Just so she can leave early. Took 5 days to write a script for Antibiotics while my children had bronchitis. Has caused a total of 5 absences for pulling my kids out to see her and she's not there or cancels on us because we're a few minutes late. If this was a busy place I could understand. But it's not. And now I see why. If I could give less than one star I would. Find somewhere else. Trust me. Save yourself the headache.
